TWCvideos on "Importing a .ZIP FULL BACK UP - No WXR"

Here's the deal,
I have taken over a site for a new company who's website was managed another third party. When they backed up the site and gave it to me to implement on a new host (bluehost) the only thing that was given to me was a zip folder containing the individual files the server was holding. I have tried just about everything i can think of to import this damn thing (I need posts, pages, plugins, etc.) but I'm at a loss. IS there anyway to get around not having a csv or wxr file and get this site live? The company that built the site has since left town or went under so there is no one to talk to at the company and there isn't a way for me to obtain the necessary other files. Thanks a ton to anyone with some incite.
